At age 11, Nicole Dryburgh was diagnosed with a malignant tumour on her spine. Since then, Nicole has gone though surgery; radiotherapy; a brain haemorrhage; blindness; loss of movement; chemotherapy; more chemotherapy; loss of hearing; more radiotherapy; more surgery.

Nicole has also; raised thousands of pounds for charity; passed GCSE English; gone abseiling; met royalty and politicians; starred in a BBC documentary; won awards; and now has a job with the Teenage Cancer Trust.
